Don Astras, President

Don has developed proven methodologies for designing and implementing e-mail marketing campaigns and using CRM systems to execute and measure their effectiveness. According to Don, "when every one involved understands the organizational goals and their role - then they are more empowered to carry them out."

Don has been instrumental with CRM deployment and marketing at BDO Seidman, Brunswick Bowling and Billiards, Espec NA, FrontRange Solutions, Michigan Shippers Supply and over 125 Michigan-based organizations. Don uses a hands-on approach and emphasizes team building. He has trained or worked with more than 5,000 executives, managers and staff.

Previously, Don was a senior consultant and strategic planner where he developed business plans, advertising, and presentations with award winning results. He also conducted sales and training seminars to position his clients as solutions-oriented partners within the most profitable market segments.

You will find Don a creative, high-energy sales and marketing professional with a wealth of information in technical sales, direct marketing and product development. He has earned Master of Management and BS in Business Administration degrees from Aquinas College. As a former United States Marine, Don shows discipline and commitment to your mission. Recently, he has attended the Consulting Skills Institute and the Strategic Leadership Forum. Don is Premier FrontRange Solutions Partner since 1998 and a D&B Sales and Marketing Certified Consultant. Don is also a licensed Who Moved My Cheese? facilitator.
